Creation of LimeSwell
LimeSwell Media was created in 2010, by Edouard Thoumyre also Founder & CEO of ACCUR Recruiting Services in 2007. Edouard Thoumyre, who became a true expert in web technologies and in particular Blogs, Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Optimization, created the first LimeSwell All-In-One Solution for its recruiting business in 2008. After 1.5 years experience in building the most optimized on-line communication tools possible, Edouard Thoumyre has been consulted many times by local Miami entrepreneurs for his web expertise. The founding idea behind LimeSwell Media is to build the tools that made ACCUR Recruiting Services so successful to local companies.
The challenge for ACCUR Recruiting Services was to be able to expand its brand awareness among local potential candidates, customers and market influencers. Each new job is automatically indexed by Job Search Engines such as Indeed.com, Juju.com and many more thanks to its built in XML technology.
ACCUR Recruiting Services is now able to analyze in depth all the traffic coming to its job board and specifically: (1) which websites are visitors coming from, (2) if coming from a search engine, which keywords did they typed in, (3) which page did they entered through, (4) how many and which pages did they visit, (5) how much time did they spend on the site, (6) which link did they click on to leave the site…
